This week we’ll have to start the process to get Susana’s U.S. passport, her Social Security number, and register her birth as a U.S. citizen born abroad. One of the passport requirements is a 2×2 photo, against a white background, with the baby’s eyes open and no parents’ hands in the frame.
Our solution? The changing table photo studio. Here she is getting ready for her closeup.

She is an international STAR already!!! I can actually fathom some of her thoughts from here; such as ok let’s see if I can wave my arms togeter & hey I’m still awake, why aren’t I eating?

I think you should use the ones with her hands in her mouth. I can guarantee that’s going to happen for the next 9-12 months! I hope you guys are doing well. Hang in there. Make sure to eat!

The video on the changing table finally worked in my browser! She first looks just like you, Cat, then like her Aunt Carol at that age, then a little like a slim David at that age (he was a CHUNK!), but mostly like you! I like the NONCHALANT YAWN and the HIPHOP WAVE ones best, I think! Susanna is definitely a bright, alert young lady! So wonderful for you two!
