I thought I’d post a picture of the gate that my friend Rebecca took when we visited Namdaemun Market in the spring. (She had her camera set to black-and-white to take some portraits and then forgot to switch.)
I’ll see if I can find some of my older photos of it from previous trips there. It really is an awesome structure.
UPDATE: Robert at Marmot’s Hole has published some truly wonderful photos of the gate in all its former glory.
