This is only tangentially related to Korea (in that some of the foods on the list I’ve probably only tried because we are living here) but I had to post it. Most readers can probably tell I love food. And I couldn’t resist tallying my score on Very Good Taste’s Omnivore’s Hundred. (My count is 56, in case you’re wondering.)
To participate, you just need to copy the list to your blog, highlight the foods on it that you’ve tried, strike those that you wouldn’t even consider, and then, if you want, post a link back at the original post.
I’m semi-borrowing the practice of adding notes about the ones I’ve tried from Barbara at Tigers and Strawberries (where I found the list in the first place.) And, unlike the more adventurous eaters out there, I have included some strikes for those dishes I’d only consider eating if starvation were the other alternative.
My list is after the jump.

I came in at an even 50… Like you, there’s several of those I don’t understand…
And yes, they should have kimchi on the list :)
