Hi, this is my website about living as an expat in Seoul, Korea. I am a thirty-something American writer and former journalist who is now a “trailing spouse” on the information superhighway. My husband is a software engineer who works in the Seoul office of an American company.

This blog is my take on what it’s like to begin married life in a new country, with a new language and—job prospects for Korean-illiterate writers being what they are—loads of free time on my hands. I hope I don’t get into trouble.
