Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. For any purchased goods before they begin to be delivered to your country, we will help you to cancel the order.
- Average delivery time from the local distributor to the logistics center will take 2-3 days.
- Once the local distributor begins delivery, a Cancellation fee will be applied to the buyer. 
- Once purchased goods arrive at our overseas logistics center in Korea, it will be difficult to process a cancellation. 

📌Important Note on Cancellations:

As a globally operating store registered in South Korea, our international payment processors (including PayPal) charge non-refundable transaction fees. If you request an order cancellation due to a change of mind before the item ships, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. We highly recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. If you want to return & exchange, please request within 9 days of receiving the product.
2. All returned goods must be packed in the same condition as when they were first delivered to you. Partially used goods are not eligible for return to the seller. 
3. The buyer will pay the return & exchange international shipping fee
