If IPB2 is the best for the side-discharge stoves Big DD and Mini DD lines, IPBX is the best for the rear-discharge stove. IPBX is optimized for chefs, with a large oven space and a wide upper heating space, so that a 25cm pizza can fit in it and still have space left.

A deodorizing hole is provided inside to remove odors generated during oven cooking, and odors are also discharged to the outside through the motor exhaust.

In addition, it has a 3m long heat delay capacity like IPB2, providing additional heating heat and can be used in conjunction with an exhaust motor.

In addition, the outside air intake device operates as a basic function to adjust the oven temperature according to the cooking, and prevents the oven glass from being damaged by high heat even when the oven is closed when not in use.

The heat retardant such as IPB requires cleaning by season. The cleaning cover located at the back is detachable and allows cleaning of all the pipes in the labyrinth. In addition, IPBX is made entirely of stainless steel, so it can be washed with water.
